Expanded the functionality of the authorization service to support requirements from consumer services. Led architectural landscape updates in authorization, ensuring improved integration/alignment with company objectives.

Led the cloud reimplementation of a complex, 25-year-old monolithic authorization and license management system. Guided project from reverse-engineering to production. Defined architecture, designed infrastructure, and provided development guidance for modern scalability and performance.

Reduced TCO for cloud-based solutions through architectural strategies. Led design, implementation, and support for projects in IIoT, marine, and insurance systems: industrial digitalization, system integration, hardware connectivity, data analytics.

Led development of enterprise-level software projects. Contributed to data analytics systems like ReaLog, WatchCAT, MindSphere (Siemens AG). Collaborated with CERN and international teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms.
